Testing times for ATA

ATA reported questionable results last quarter, out of character for China's largest test provider. China Confidential investigates.
Given the huge oversupply of graduates and the need that employers have to find differentiators between job applicants, you would have expected life to be a bonanza for China’s largest test provider, ATA (Nasdaq: ATAI). And so it could be if a few pesky government contracts go its way, but at the moment the company is experiencing a slump in its grade average.
