Yum Brands' winning recipe

China is driving a significant portion of revenues thanks to the popularity of the company's brands such as KFC.
Background:Yum! Brands Inc (YUM:NYSE) headquartered in Kentucky in the US, owns fast food and casual restaurant chains such as KFC and Pizza Hut. Yum currently has 3,300 of its branded restaurants in China, which has contributed to 33% of Yum's total revenues in the first three quarters of this year, up from 26% a year ago.
