Background:Café de Coral Holdings (0341:HKG) runs a number of casual restaurant brands such as Café de Coral, The Spaghetti House, Spaghetti 360; as well as food processing plants and institutional catering, and operates predominantly in Hong Kong. Mainland China, however, is becoming an increasing source of revenues for the company.
