Nasdaq-listed VisionChina Media (VISN:Nasdaq) occupies what is currently the brightest spot in China's out-of-home advertising industry. The company's mainstay is digital TV advertising screens on buses and metros. VisionChina has thus been able to cash in on growth in a sector heavily supported by the government's transport infrastructure spending.
