Vancl - Booming online apparel retailer eyes Nasdaq listing

Vancl has built a powerful business in a very short time by relying on an online sales model, aiming at the fashion-conscious 25-35 age group and constantly updating designs with input from houses in Europe.
Overview:The unlisted Vancl.com is China's largest online own-brand apparel retailer. According to iResearch, an independent internet industry consulting company, Vancl has a 28.4% market share in the online own-brand apparel retail market. Even accounting for Taobao and Paipai, which sell various brands on their web portals, Vancl still ranks as the fourth largest online apparel retailer in mainland China. At present, the company has over 10m registered users and over 20m page views per day.
