Is early enthusiasm in China's newly-launched growth enterprise board overblown?
China's growth enterprise board (GEB) finally launched on October 23 this year, with 28 enterprises gaining approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission to list on October 30. So far, enthusiasm surrounding the new bourse remains high with 60 times average price to earnings (PE) ratios for listed companies.
