A global double dip?

With cracks emerging in the proverbial stimulus policy patch ups in China and the west, are commentators nervous that another economic dip is on the horizon?
Andy Xie, an independent economist, and former chief Asia-Pacific economist at Morgan Stanley, thinks a global second-dip is highly likely. Governments around the world relied on printing money to get them through the crisis which has led only to asset bubbles and will hold off a sustainable recovery, he said.
